How to add more Fields to the Product?

Hi,

how can i add 5 more Fields to the Products? I need these 5 extra fields, to enter some infos about the produkt like sku, rating etc...

I using Version: 0.2.5

Please tell me how i can add the fields to the admin, the database and how to display the values of the fields on the customer side.
