bug with the german umlauts

if i type in german umlauts in the products-description, different signs appear on screen. (and in the flatfile).
has anyone solved this problem?

i am using the 0.3.0 version?

addition: seems to be only the "ü" (ü) which is buggy!

found it - was a line in the TplParser.php
