About mail to customer

Hey...

I've trying installing this webshop and from time to time I'll get a better result and well that's the right way.

But here is my ques.:
If I chocie the standard instal then the customer did't recive any kind of infirmation in there's mailboxes - Why, is it normal?

When I install HtmlMailOrderDetails I recive a copy of the orders, the customer still did't recive any mails

If I then install sendmail... plugin then the mailfunction will not work.

Any good ideas??

did you set send email in config ?
