are you sure thats the right error message, I have most of the plugins, and don't have a "sendOrderToClient" folder under plug-ins?

What version of QC are you running?
What is on line 26 of plugins/sendOrderToClient/actions_client.php?
Check that the plugin is linked in from the correct file in the plugins folder, ie. plugins/actions_client.php and NOT plugins/plugins.php?

You're using htmlMailOrderDetails in place of sendOrderToClient, so you won't see the plugin folder.
