customizing email sent to customer

First of all great job. QC is amazing and simple to customize. Thanks for the hard work.

Now, to my little question...
Is there any way to customize the email that is sent to the customer upon ordering? I would like to make it plain text if possible instead of html.

Okay, I realize now that the email is going out in plain text. The problem is the tags are not stripped so the email is basically not readable unless you read through the code.

Is there are way to strip the tags from the emails sent by QC and make them simply plain English that is readable?

i would like to get some information too. the emails doesnt look very nice...
some ideas?
