modify checkform.js

Do anyone have a modified checkform.js for me, i use quickcart 2.5.
I only want the check for firstname,lastname,email and courier.

i use the dutch plug.

Or a way to disable the others.

It was not an easy search, but not too hard.....

I used the search above for checkform.js cause I new I read about it before, but I had to check the check answers box....
