Turkish support for 3x

Quick CMS is really great working. So, many language in 3x. But no Turkish support as encoding and front/back-end.
When anybody want to buy Quick.cms.ext and did not found Turkish support, they don't discontinue to that process.

Please add Turkish support to free or .ext. If we I can help, please inform me. I m preparing "tr.php" in /lang folder for 3x. When completed file, do you add in your translation directory?..
