how can I cancel the basket function ?

Sorry for my English, I'am Italian.
How can I cancel the basket function and use Quick.Cart only as a catalog of my products?

The only way i know of is just edit the templates and delete all the references you see too "cart" and "basket" just look at the template files you will see what im talking about. Basicly take away all the values to add to cart and checkout
