one discount and seo link not working

after i install those plugin on my site. i can't do anything again in admin panel. when you click save, it always show "Error : no action was taken" instead of "operation ended suscesfully". according to what i see this happen only for the plugin that need extra configuration in admin panel. the other plugin is still working well. did you have any solution?. Thanks.

Both plug-ins have been tested, personally installed now oneDiscount addition Quick.Cart.Add_v5.2 version having seo link and is OK

i don't know what is wrong, after i install the plugin and do change, i can't save my setting. it show up "error : no action was taken". oh yeah, for addtion i do it local host. not sure if working or not if i tested it on hosting. anyway, thanks for reply. :D

it is strange, when i try on hosting it works. i wonder what is the difference that makes it not working
