Attached file in order form

Hallow gays,
I really need to add a file attachment field in order form. Attached file must be send over e-mail on the site admin. Thanks a lot!

I have attached file in contact form here, can you use that? Also, because I have no time to analyze/write changes, I can only send you the whole files that changed. So do let me know if you're interested.
