First time install - i get this error after logging into the admin - haven't touched the code - but pasted it below error - please advise

I am having similar problems, when it was testedon my XP Apache PHP localserver it worked gr8, but when uploaded to Linux , i am getting

I get the same error?

It is really anoying, cuz I don't know what the problem is. This is what I get:
