New freeware plugin - templateEditor v0.1 for QC v4.x

We've created new freeware plugin to Quick.Cart v4.x.

Plugin gives possibility to edit template and CSS files in "templates/" directory in admin panel. This simple plugin will boost design modifications.

You should know HTML and PHP basics to install this plugin.
