My request is How to make flashBanner(1) change into
another flashBanner(2) when going from for example "Abouts..." to "Contacts..."?

Probably You put this banner into templates/container.tpl file. In this file You can use variable $iContent which contains ID number of page which is active in present. So.. in path of swf file You can use templates/img/$iContent_banner.swf
and prepare banners :
templates/img/1_banner.swf (will show on page which ID is 1)
templates/img/2_banner.swf (will show on page which ID is 2)
templates/img/3_banner.swf (will show on page which ID is 3)
etc.
