The specified CGI application misbehaved

Hi,

I am new to php. I just installed Quick.Cart V3.4. at my webhost (IX webhosting).
Everything seems to work but when I hit the save button in admin I get the following message:

The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.
I also created a new product and suddenly there were 207 of the same products...

Could anybody help me fix this problem?

Did You made installation in way which is described here: http://opensolution.org/Quick.Cart/docs/?id=requirements ?

Yes (I think so),
I uploaded the files using binary upload.
and have put CHMOD to 777 for necessary files and directories.

Webhost info:
-System: Windows NT IIS405 5.2 build 3790
-php v5.2.9
-GD Version: bundled (2.0.34 compatible)

Maybe it will be helpfull if I send you the phpinfo.php url?
