auto-save draft when editing a page/product

It has happened too often that QC admin session ended while editing a product for a long time. Sometimes you just forget to save and have to run away, when you get back, you get an admin login screen on save of the data and the data is lost.

Would it be possible to implement some kind of JS function that would periodically save your data to a cookie or somewhere else and the above problem would disappear.

Now all we need is to implement it, shouldn't be too hard for Treewood.

there is a TinyMCE Autosave plugin (http://tinymce.moxiecode.com/punbb/viewtopic.php?id=14352) however I am having a problem with functioning on multiple instances of TinyMCE on a page (both descriptionshort and descriptionlong areas).

hopefully this feature will be implemented into future versions of QC, it would be very useful.
