wen i try the plugin and order something iám getting mails like this. (both mail (owner and custom are getting this and there is also no sender adress?) help
You've got HTML in your $config['description'] field which won't help. You've also got some odd spaces and semi-colons introduced somehow, but that doesn't stop the entire text from displaying as HTML - I copied it out, saved it as an html document, displayed it in my browser, and it shows roughly as expected (if you ignore the problem of the extra spaces and invalid description). From a quick scan it would seem that all the extra characters are occuring in the HTML, not the data, which would suggest that your template file might be causing a problem - check htmlMailOrderDetails.tpl.
ferry strange, wen i recieve mail with ms outlook then it looks like above. wen i use webmail to recieve it , it looks great (still no sender info). maybe something wrong with my outlook?.

Possibly, but I'm not sure what! Have you tried Thunderbird as an alternative? Regarding Sender info, you might want to look at the topic in the link below regarding email problems, because as long as you have an email address set up in your cart then you've moved beyond my personal area of knowledge.

Have anyone found out to fix the problem? I know now it depends on the server and which senmail they use. I have test on 2 different servers, Linux.

Wizzud Thnks for your effort of making this work...IT's a good job.. i get all this pluginn and they work perfect..chapeau! BUT by orders_print , client e-mail and admin e-mail ,I miss the "VAT"(tax) outcome...only the description is there, but no outcome no numbers

The above also happens when you send messages to a Gmail account. MS Outlook / Outlook express works like a charm...

Found the solution( at last for my server...)! Set the default mail seperator to 'LF' in the config/general.php. See readme and howto of the plugin for further reference... Lutz

I am having the same problem but only when i send the email to a gmail adress, in hotmail it works fine and also in outlook express there are no problems.
Why does this only happen in gmail?
