Is there a list of hte available plugins somewhere?

I'm looking for the attribute and paypal plugins for the latest version, 3.x.

I understand that there is a paid version to it and that you do not offer official plugins for the cart.

However, I see that many people are using modified pluigins or modifying code to fit their needs - example: adding paypal payments to the free version.

Is there any kind of list compiled of all these different hacks anywhere?

If someone knows how to add PayPal to version 3.x, please contact me.
