TaxAndDiscount 1.1 don't work with QC 3.0

I read form erlier topics that TaxAndDiscount 1.1 should work with QC 3.0, I installed it, but it dont work. Do I need some version of the plugin managers to get it work ?
Also, plugins installation manual was "copy to /js folder", but there aint any js-folder in my QC 3.0 (so I made it).

I don't think this plugin works for 3.0. If you're after implementing the tax, EasyPlugins 3 allow that feature, please visit:
