Admin dashboard removal

Hello,
is there a way to delete the mail admin page dashboard that you see every time you do login in the backend. This section contains all the news from quick cart.

Hi Luca, it's too easy to do. Go to container.tpl file, it's at templates/admin. At end you will find:

<!-- BEGIN HOME -->
<h1>$lang['Homepage']</h1>
<div id="news">
<iframe src="http://opensolution.org/news,$config[language],$config[version].html"></iframe>
</div>
<!-- END HOME -->

Change it to this below and save this file:

<!-- BEGIN HOME -->

<!-- END HOME -->

Done, it's all.

More elegant solution is to substitute it for the homepage of the e-shop the administration is of:

<!-- BEGIN HOME -->
<h1>$lang['Homepage']</h1>
<div id="news">
<iframe src="http://www.myeshop.com"></iframe>;
</div>
<!-- END HOME -->
