Problem adding pictures in products.

So my problem is this. Adding information into the products is easy no problem. When I try to add pictures, comes the problem. When I click "save", both Explorer and Firefox tooks me into white space, saying ready. But no pictureinformation is saved to anywhere and I cannot update the page, if I am using pictures. I had no problem with this when I used this same shop in my own server. Now, when I moved it into another server, there where the shop should take place came the problems.. Help, anyone?

Is there something to do with the pictures location..? I can't see why, but could it be a reason..?

check all QC requirements on that server:

Yes! The problem was in chmoding. I had chmod-values set in the required fields: db, files and config/general, but they had somehow "returned" back. I wonder how that is possible.?

Not working again. I don't know what the helli is the problem. Text is added normally on the products on index.page, but can't add pictures to products. Aargh.

Doesn't work on any picture, so that is not the problem. And everything works fine in a different server, so that's not the case. So frustrated..

Php version was 5.1 in the server and it returned this info about the GD-version:

with-gd=shared' '--enable-gd-native-ttf' '--without-gdbm' '

Can you see if the problem lies on these?

I also have this problem. I can run QC on my own server but on on my host server. I have all permissions and GD support enabled as I currently have another system online which uses image upload and resizing etc so I know that GD is definately enabled.

Basically when I save, it says that the save went OK but then it doesnt show the update and i cant see the file anywhere on the server. Updates to the DB seem to go through for products in regards to text but no logo or product images can be uploaded. Any help would be great! Im using latest version 1.4
