Altering layout questions

I am using QCLoaded version 1.3 and would like to customize the layout a little further than I have already done. I am using the products in a row plugin and would like to edit the way products are listed by change where the price is listed and other small alterations but need to know what files to edit.

I tried to edit the following files and didn't see changes anywhere:

productsInRow.tpl
products_list.tpl
products_more.tpl

ccarletti - if you have QCloaded, adn productAttributes plugin enabled then edit

pa.productsInRow.tpl
pa.products_list.tpl
pa.products_more.tpl

QC doesn't allow me to edit those files. When I edit it in admin template section and save the pa.products files i get a message at the top of the list stating Invalid File Name. Any ideas?

edit them locally, and then upload them again, overwriting the old ones.
