TaxAndDiscount - add money symbol to shippingcosts and tax

I am using the TaxAndDiscount plugin. But the plugin doesn't display any currency symbol before the shippingcosts and tax.

It only displays the cost = 10.00
But I want this = € 10.00

I already tried to do this:
<td id="deliveryCost">
&#8364; 0.00
</td>

But still no currency symbol. Has somebody an suggestion where to change?
