Everytime i try to save a plugin i get the following message, can somebody please help me.

mhh did you set the right chmod? look in the readme! http://opensolution.org/download/Quick.Cart/howToInstall.txt
perhaps (worst case) the fopen function is not allowed in your server. but thats not usual...
