Anybody know how to prevent a file (let say MP3 file) from downloaded by user? Meaning that they can click that song to hear but cannot download. I put the MP3 file in my shop, but when i click it also can be downloaded. thanks..

Sounds like you need some software to stream it. You can probably buy this somewhere online, but I don't think anyone here can offer that.

but I think people can still right click and save, or find out the mp3 url and save, so you might need some sort of encryption software too.

You could have two copies of the song. 1. A short example 2. The full song.
Put the example in Q.C for customers to try. When they purchase you give them a password protected (.htaccess) part of your site outside Q.C which they enter a user name and password for.
