reloaded quick cart but lots of error/warning messages

I've reloaded the whole quick cart folder for one server to another, not I get heaps of error and warning messages... can anyone guide me as to what extra might be needed in the process of transfering the site...?

well... I saw a 'validate' link in the admin section validated my shop and followed the instructions and guess what!... it worked!

i dont see any errors or warnings on your site... but i know one thing that you delete link to us "powered by Quick.Cart" and that is breaking its license...
