ERORR please help

hey..i installed Q.C like it said in the readme file... everything works ok..but when i go to the admin area..to the products section i get an error "Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/masca/public_html/test/new/core/products-admin.php on line 1" and i don't know what to do..i didn't modified anything..please help me..
