Tools

In my admin area I have "tools" but when I try to open to get started, no tools comes up, can anyone tell me please what to do?

ayinn - tools are only info. tools open submenu and there is active links

OK thanks! So, if I click on tools, is there a submenu suppose to appear? My tools clicks to nothing. When I look into the code, I see that it is not <a href> to anylink.
