John - you have missing information in db/orders.php ... i suggest to remove order id 192 from db/orders_ext.php

but.. Thats orders worth more than 20.000 Euros...

192 is only an example, most of db/orders.php looks like that :-(

John - thats a problem. then try remove or add this records to db/orders.php ... most important information is in db/orders_products.php and db/orders_ext.php ... backup this immediately

I have really tried everythin, and basically I think there is nothing to do but to start over with new files..

And offcourse try to manually extract the orders from the original ones, right?
