Checkout problems

I really need help with this one. i searched the forum with no success. I running V0.3.0 I can do a test checkout with no problem but when someone else does it there is a problem when after filling out the shipping info and hit the next button their told that the form needs to be completely filled out and boots them back to the shipping info page. Could someone please check this for me?

It worked perfectly. I just got the errormessages that the tel-no is missing, I keyed in only five zero's - after keying in a number of ones it was working. I did not count how much ones it was...

Thanks so much for checking. After I had left the question. I decided to check to make sure that the files had the right permissions set and found a couple that didn't and they pertained to the order process. Thank you so much

Hi Thomas,
My sister just tried to put an order through and got to the same point of filling out shipping info hit the button and got booted back to do the information again. This is the second person that has tried to do an order without success. Please help
