Is it somehow possible in Order form to include and show price without tax (when tax is not included in total price)? How to do that?

I don't understand the question.

Assuming you have the taxAndDiscount plugin installed (otherwise asking about Tax doesn't make sense!):

If you don't want to tax anything, disable Tax.
If you don't want the Tax in the total, disable it in Config.
Tax doesn't affect the product prices at all.
If you want to charge or calculate Tax but not see it on the form, you can't.

Otherwise, I don't understand what it is that you do want to do!

Hm, I'd like that in final form is shown price calculated and based on prices in shop (but this price shown in the shop is the price which include tax), than that price is divided and shown as two numbers: price without tax, tax, and then price with tax (price based on shop shown price). It would be good that way for firms (buyers) which could see price without tax. So, it would look something like this (for example tax is 20%):
basket: 120.00
price without tax: 100.00
tax: 20.00
total: 120.00

Ah, now I understand.
Upgrade to Tax And Discount v2.1 - includes a config setting 'SubTotal Excluding Tax' which should display what you want.
