does anynoe know why when i have scripts like CGI AND PHP, when i upload then to the sever that sometimes when i refer to then in a URL that they ask me to "open" then or "save" them and not actually read them?????

When you upload a php file on a windows server that are not able to read php files this is the beahvior you get. Check the server first.
