Hello, I had a few quick questions.

1) Is there a paypal payment option?

2) Is there a way to implement a inventory count so if anitem is sold out, it will no longer be available or maybe be tagged out of stock?

The answer on your second question is No. There is no inventory system in QC.
You can only choose to show or not show a certain product in your catalog.
