Hello. I changed my language and now after that there is a message in index page:
Notice: Undefined index: content in /home/kuurort/public_html/shop/core/categories.php on line 23
What is the problem?

There was no problem with other (like russian) language but with estonian language (ee.php).

The problem is that you have not defined the language in the general.php file at row (approx) 76. it says $config['language'] = "en"; The language file that you save in lang directory should have the titel en.php for english and xx.php for your language and then the xx should be inserted in the general.php file as described above.
