Where can I get GD for Windows?

Hello,

Where can I get GD lib for Windows?
When I select tools\validate in admin it returns
"For correct thumbnails generation you need the gd2.0 library. Contact your Administrator to enable it".

edit php.ini and change line:
;extension=php_gd2.dll
to
extension=php_gd2.dll

Where i found php.ini to edit ????

if you are running local, then the php.ini is in the map where you runs the php server(WAMP??) if not, then you must contact your ISP, they mangaged the php.ini file
