Constantly visible shopping cart/basket

Hi,
I only have 10 Products so I don't need categories etc. Insted I want to show constantly the shopping basket on the left side. How can I do this?

It would also be nice to display a small thumbnail of the product in the shopping cart, instead of just the product name.

Yes that would be great! Anybody an idea how to show the basket on the left? I tried also, but im only humbling arround...

I've got some ideas about this... I'll talk to Arpan about it and we'll see what we come up with.

Did anybody get further with it? Or at least any hints? I found the file and where to add but what :)
In version1.0 it is /templates/page.tpl direct under <div id="content"> Maybe that shortens the search for somebody...
