How to get sub categories to show in the right content's head ?

For example, if i have categories like :
CARS (main categoy)
- PARTS (sub cat)
- TIRES (sub cat)

I want to the sub categories (PARTS, TIRES...) to show in the right section, when I click on the CARS category...

Second question.
How to make a simple "pricelist" function ? Like the "all products" listing, but without images.

And third question...
How to "copy" the random_product plugin, so that the 2 shows different products ? I managed to copy it to two, but they both show the same product every time.
