I don't know what's wrong but I get am extra line that I don't want.

Just look at the Search option it's on the second line and I don't want that !!??

I get it too in IE.
You need to play around with the css a bit
You could play with the padding:0 10px; setting in the '#navi form fieldset {...}' declaration - change to 10px down to 5px maybe
Also, you could try setting padding:0px; in the '#navi #searchinput {...}' declaration

It was the width of the searchinput it was 90px and with 70px it was fixed...
