categories_start_page.tpl - error

installed plugin: categories_start_page
after instalation this message appears on main page.

No block: NO_FOTO in file: templates/default/categories_start_page.tpl

2. howto step 5) says:
start page in "config/general.php" cant be 'productsList'. variable $config['start_page']

what shoud I put instead of 'productList' ?
