Hi - When I send an email to a customer and when I receive an email it is a lot of HTML code? I have installed "htmlMail OrderDetails" What is wrong?

a. What version of QC are you running, and on what platform? b. What version of htmlMailOrderDetails? c. Is your email client set to receive text-only emails?

Depends on your client - Outlook? Thunderbird? Outlook Express? etc etc There should be some form of Preferences settings that sets the format of your received emails.
BTW Are you sure about your OS? I run a test version of QC on my home box, which is XP. But running live would be on a linux box, running Apache. If running on my XP box then I have no email capability because I haven't set it up, and most home PC setups won't have email capability either. So if you are running on your own PC I would not expect the email to work correctly, and I'm not sure I'm going to be able to help you further because its too complex.
