Fatal error: main(): Failed opening (include_path='.;c:\php4\pear') in C:\index.php on line 20

This errormessage just showed up all of a sudden, the cart has worked fine until yesterday. What shall i do about it???

change line 20 to:
require_once DIR_LANG.LANGUAGE.'.php';
