website has been fine again for a few weeks and now it has lost all the order data again. What happens is the order goes into the database but when you view it through the admin area it gives no order data and just says in red letters ' No Data Found ' where the order product details would normally be.
This only seems to happen when I add new products to the database it seems. Any ideas?
Please help Treewood, it would be hugely appreciated.

Hi Sledger,
Yes all folders have the correct permissions. I had over a dozen orders with full details that I could access from the admin area, uploaded a couple of new products, and when I went back to view the order details all the product information had disappeared and it just said ir red " NO DATA FOUND " :-(
Any ideas??

go check the files on FTP, in the dir "db", files: orders_ext.php, orders_products.php and orders.php
if there is anything in the files, it is probably possible to save it somehow, otherwise bad luck :-(
