Country of delivery and discount for category

Hello,

we have Quick.Cart 6.7 EXT and we are missing some thing, so we are looking for someone who is able to help us with these two things.

1) Add field with country of delivery to order form (to standard address and to delivery address too) - I have seen two different solutions in previous versions. 1) Only blank text field 2) field with combo, where was possible choose country of delivery from predefined countries (for example only states of EU). For us is of course better version with predefined countries.

2) Discount for concrete item or for category.

Is here anybody, who is able to do this for us?
