Hello,
pls help - I upload shop ( totally new vesion) a few times files to web, but there is still error

404 - data not found

some advice pls ?

We don't have access to your disk D :)
What kind of "localhost" is used? What php version?
XAMPP is OK (php7.3) but the best is "true server" on your hosting with php 7.2 or php7.3
