Add field to contact form and cart form

Hello,

I need insert new field in the contact form as "Name" and "Phone" and when email to adminstrator is send show this two field in the email.

you have to change the files contact_form.tpl and contact_send.tpl in the folder /templates/default/

and you must add the text in the language file from your country
