Hi. I was install latest version 6.7, ( english, poland) and I have notice that I have not menu option that was mention in manual. For example In menu Tools I have only Language and New language options and nothing more... Where are option install plugin, and other options from there, and how to fix that?
yup. You are simple delete other options. This is from _menu.php <div id="tools" class="menu" onmouseover="menuMouseover( event );"> <a href="?p=lang-list"><?php echo $lang['Languages']; ?></a> <a href="?p=lang-form"><?php echo $lang['New_language']; ?></a> <!-- menu tools -->
But in manual for QC v6.7 is:

After exploring the script and its functionalities decide which plugins you're going to need. Use the plugin manager ("Plugins" section in the administration panel) to install the options you need.
ok.. How to install plugins without plugin manager?
In my opinion, the free version is only for testing and checking the server. The add-on installer works only in the paid version EXT. In the free version, the only option is to manually install the add-ons. EXT version offers much more plugins.
