I was trying to download and install the skin Webstyle008 but what is there is actually Webstyle007.

How can I download the right one?

Did you try to install it? I did and it works fine.
It is exactly the webstyle008 so this is what I saw - https://opensolution.org/download/images/skins/Quick.Cart_v6/webstyle008.jpg
There are some images from 007 as I see, but skins is not using them.
