Empty admin page after login

My site has worked pefect but now I get a white and empty page after login to admin page.
I don't know what happened... can there be a problem with changed directory permissions? What can make a problem like this?

And after login the Microsoft Edge browser says: HTTP 500 errror

Does anyone ideas what to do? The shop is working normally and orders can be made. The admin-page is still white page after login...
