Upgrade QC,6.2 to QC v6.7

I have just tried to upgrade QuicCart v6.2 to v6.7. There was necessary to make some adjustments in a couple of files. FInaly it worked fine. But only on my localhost. After uploading the e-shop to the host the e-shop itself works fine. But in background it doesn't. I can log in. I see the whole background, and also all links to navigation points (Sites, Products etc.) are correctly shown in statusbar. But the links don't work correctly. All links open obly the Configuration page.
I tried to upload the working installation more times. The result is always the same. What may be wrong?
