Paypal not showing after order is placed

After the order is placed, it does not go to Paypal.

In my admin panel, the boxes for "Transferuj.pl account id" and "Transferuj.pl code" are both blank, which is possibly the reason.

What goes in Transferuj.pl account id ?
What goes in Transferuj.pl code ?
