Product recount in basket - How to turn it off

How to avoid automatic recount if someone adds the same product twice or more times.

As it is now, if you add the same product twice to the basket, name of the product is shown only once but quantity is changed to 2.

I need to show the same product in the basket and in the order as many times as they are added but one by one (like they are different products) in basket and order list.
I have tried to play around with the order_step1.php and orders.php but couldn't make it like I want.

Any help would be much appreciated
